NoiseAsh, Inc. (“NoiseAsh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy describes how personal information is collected and used through noiseash.com, our online store, customer accounts, software licensing and activation services, support, and related communications. NoiseAsh, Inc. handles customer sales and licensing; affiliated NoiseAsh operations in Türkiye may access and process information for development, administration, and support. This Policy applies where NoiseAsh determines the purposes and means of processing; independent providers may also act as controllers under their own policies.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, including name, email address, account credentials, billing address, country, company or tax details where supplied, support messages, and marketing preferences. Our WooCommerce store processes orders, purchased products, payment status, transaction identifiers, refunds, license keys, registered products, download and activation history, and related account records. Website systems may process IP addresses, browser and device details, access logs, approximate location derived from IP, referring pages, and cookie or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data for ordinary purchases.

2. Plugin Activation and License Records

Current NoiseAsh plugins transmit a machine/device identifier and license or activation information for registration, authentication, permitted-device management, fraud prevention, and support. License verification does not transmit audio recordings, DAW projects, or unrelated personal files. A device identifier may be personal data when linked to an account. We retain essential license ownership and entitlement records for as long as needed to honor valid licenses, including perpetual licenses, subject to applicable law; this does not mean retaining every associated personal record indefinitely.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We use data to provide purchased products, maintain accounts and downloads, process orders and refunds, register reseller keys, verify licenses, respond to support requests, protect systems, meet legal and accounting obligations, and communicate important service information. Where permitted, we also send product news and offers and measure website performance. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests (such as security and customer service), or consent (such as certain marketing and non-essential cookies). Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Store, Payments and Authorized Resellers

We use WordPress and WooCommerce for online sales and customer-account functions. Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which may process information independently under their privacy notices. We do not ordinarily store complete payment card numbers or card security codes in WooCommerce; we retain billing, payment status and transaction records needed for administration and compliance. If you buy from an authorized reseller, that retailer handles its own checkout and privacy obligations. When you assign the supplied key to a NoiseAsh account, we process the key, associated entitlement, account details and necessary verification records.

5. Hosting and Service Providers

Our website is currently hosted using Kinsta. We also use WordPress-based email and customer communication tools, including FluentCRM, Follow-Up Emails and MailPoet, where configured for relevant activities. We may change providers or use additional cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the future. A future provider is not represented here as currently active. We may share information with hosting, security, payments, licensing, email delivery, customer-support and professional service providers only as reasonably needed, under applicable confidentiality and data-protection arrangements. We may disclose information where legally required or in connection with a lawful business transaction.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Essential WordPress/WooCommerce cookies and similar technologies support login, carts, checkout, account security and site operation. Depending on the services actually enabled, optional technologies may include preference cookies, traffic analytics (such as Google Analytics), advertising measurement (such as Google Ads), social-media advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel), and comparable tools. Mentioning a technology does not mean it is active on every visit. Where law requires, non-essential technologies are used only after appropriate consent, and visitors must be able to manage or withdraw that consent. Browser settings may also block cookies, but doing so can affect site functionality. 7. Email and Marketing

We send transactional emails about purchases, downloads, licensing, security and support. Where legally permitted, we may also send product announcements, offers and newsletters through our website-connected email systems. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe mechanism; you may also contact su*****@******sh.com. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary transactional messages. We do not treat acceptance of the Software License Agreement as blanket consent to optional marketing.

8. Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell customer personal data to data brokers. Information may be accessible to our Türkiye operations and processed by service providers in the United States, Türkiye and other countries. Some providers, including advertising technologies if enabled, may process information for their own purposes as described in their notices. Where international transfer rules apply, we use an appropriate lawful transfer basis and required safeguards, such as adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards, as applicable. 9. Retention and Security

We keep data for periods reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Purchase and tax records may be retained for legally required periods; valid license ownership records may be kept while necessary to administer ongoing entitlements; support and technical logs are retained according to operational needs; marketing data is retained until withdrawal or another applicable retention limit. We delete, anonymize or restrict data when no longer needed, unless lawful retention is required. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access restrictions and secure service connections, but no system is entirely risk-free. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will make notifications required by applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, withdraw consent, or exercise applicable rights concerning targeted advertising or automated decisions. These rights may have legal exceptions, including preservation of transaction and valid license records. We may verify identity before acting and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. 11. Children and External Sites

Our products and store are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data without any authorization required by law. Contact us if you believe this has occurred.
