An excellent “first EQ” tone shaper and buss EQ

At first I thought, ‘Oh no not another Motown equalizer plugin.” But in typical NoiseAsh fashion, they’ve gone beyond the original hardware design to keep things fresh. The traditional fixed frequencies were intelligently chosen by the original engineers! However, Motone’s continuous frequency multiplier and gain controls fill the gaps for modern mix engineers who found the original to be technically limiting. Other features like NDS and mid/side round out the package.

Very interesting Band Interaction

The Motone EQ collection provides a nice-sounding clean equalizer with some unique filter shapes and very interesting band interaction. Because of this — along with its well-chosen frequency selections — it quickly found its way onto my guitar tracks, particularly higher-gain and fuzz tones, where its clean character proved useful in shaping harmonically-dense tracks without adding further unwanted density or distortion.

Noiseash delivers Another Classic!

To tell the truth I didn’t paid attention due to the fact that i have zillions of eqs and the apparent limited operation of this one : Big mistake!
Capable of fast shaping as well as super precise moves that made it a must have for Buses and complex material …and that Width is actually super handy and well implemented, I found myself using it a lot… I actually think this should be on any plugin!!
Superb Release , plugin options are solid as usual with Noiseash and guyz that “gain knob” gives some serious body and mojo , use it !! This one is probably staying on my 808 drum buss , and it says a lot so 808 need some serious control! Crisp , precise , cpu hit light , dual mono operation option , resizable gui , non intrusive licencing , oversampling options (low cpu impact)… solid purchase for anyone imho.

Nuance Deviation System

Analog domain components have some little tonal nuance differences which create some deviations concerning their theoretical values. Nuance Deviation System (NDS) is the NoiseAsh Audio proprietary signal processing model, which emulates the sonic character deviations of the analog components. Individual “Left/Mid” and “Right/Side” channels can be alternated with NDS. There are carefully modeled channels and each number stands for a channel deviation. With NDS, real tonal differences can be captured quickly!
